I never had anything other than English show up. I did notice the site lets you pick which language you want. Have you tried that? I know that's hard if you can't determine which link in that language means "Change Language" :) I personally prefer the mobile ESPN page to pay attention to Euro2008 on my BlackBerry because the Usability/Navigation of m.Goal.com seems quite sub-par.
