Well I have T-mobile and I have a choice of activating BIS on the blackberry because I dont have a tmobile blackberry email address. It was saying on my online account if I want to activate it I have to sign up to terms and agreement. Honestly I know I don't have it on my phone because Im paying for the regular tmobile internet which is like 20 bucks a month. I mean does anybody who has tmobile concur with that?

@Randy:
ALL Blackberry smartphones are either BIS or BES. Unless you are paying the premium for BES access (or using a company supplied berry), you already HAVE BIS. It's not something you pay extra to have like BES is, having a data plan for a Blackberry (at least here in the USA with all providers I know of) means you have BIS.
