Joseph OS 4.5 is pretty easy to get. The links are all over the internet. It works fine for all phones other than the T-mobile 8320 due to UMA and SIM issues

Is anyone else sick of hearing this back and forth from Blackberry with OS 4.5? I once clamored for it, but now I realize that by the time it reaches me, I'll have a new Blackberry that will probably have OS 4.6 on it! You'd think they were withholding the holy grail or something.
