We have an exciting opportunity for a BlackBerry and IT Systems Technician to assist with supporting a wide portfolio of BlackBerry Customers across multiple industry segments on the following platforms: Microsoft® Exchange, IBM® Lotus® Domino® or Novell® GroupWise®.

Reporting to the IT Service Manager you will be primarily responsible for providing highly effective, efficient and professional support to our customer base.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience installing and supporting BlackBerry Enterprise Server
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows OS (2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server)
  • Working knowledge of at least Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino
  • Exemplary written and oral communications
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • 1-3 years technical support related experience
