We have an exciting opportunity for a BlackBerry and IT Systems Technician to assist with supporting a wide portfolio of BlackBerry Customers across multiple industry segments on the following platforms: Microsoft® Exchange, IBM® Lotus® Domino® or Novell® GroupWise®.
Reporting to the IT Service Manager you will be primarily responsible for providing highly effective, efficient and professional support to our customer base.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience installing and supporting BlackBerry Enterprise Server
- Working knowledge of MS Windows OS (2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server)
- Working knowledge of at least Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino
- Exemplary written and oral communications
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- 1-3 years technical support related experience
