I don’t use Friendster myself but I know quite a few people who are on the service. According to Paul, one of our readers, Friendster has done a nice overhaul of their mobile website. The new site is much more like other social networking mobile sites (MySpace, Facebook).

Just thought I would let all of you know. You can catch the new mobile version at m.friendster.com. Paul also mentioned that with the new update many Opera Mini users are complaining that they cannot even access the desktop version of the site anymore.
