Severe Weather Alerts By RSS, SMS, Or Email Tempo severo alertas por RSS, SMS ou e-mail
One of our readers, Ron, asked me how he can get NOAA severe weather alerts on his BlackBerry. Your other choice is to use one of NOAA’s experimental RSS feeds by state or county: Sua outra opção é usar um dos NOAA's experimental feeds RSS em estado ou município:

I think there were a bunch of other RSS feeds at NHC (and NOAA). Penso que havia um monte de outros feeds RSS em NHC (e NOAA).
Another thought: Check if your locale has an alert system (my City does, and it SMS’s citizens who sign up, for weather terrorism etc.). If there isn’ta local one (for USA readers of course), you should be asking your politicians why you don’t have one!!! That allow you to register what alerts you want to recieve and the counties/states that you wish to recieve them for. Que permitem que você registrar aquilo que você deseja receber alertas e os municípios / estados que deseja recebê-los para.
Although I have not used this one recently, a few years ago I did have this service and was very happy with what they provided. Embora eu não tenha utilizado um presente recentemente, há alguns anos atrás eu tenha esse serviço e estava muito feliz com o que eles prestados.
