		<description>Interesting that you picked the onsite cafeteria as a definite perk, when it&#039;s probably one of the lamest offerings in reality. :) I&#039;ve worked for RIM in a technical capacity as a co-op student and the facilities in Waterloo are fairly weak, unless you&#039;re in the manufacturing plant. For most employees, it&#039;s not so much a cafeteria as it is packaged sandwiches, soups and salads, and a daily &quot;special&quot;. Not that the quality is bad, but coming from the facilities at IBM&#039;s Toronto Lab (integrated Tim Hortons, five hot food stations, really good quality), it&#039;s nowhere near that standard.

I believe the plant has a separate cafeteria which might be better, but last I&#039;d heard, it required a manufacturing employee to sign you in to take advantage of it.</description>
