BBTran - Free Translation Application For BlackBerry

Stefano sent me a link to this great utility to translate text on your BlackBerry. The best part is that it is totally free. Keep in mind this is machine translation so it is not 100% accurate.
BBTran touts itself as a universal translator for BlackBerry. Currently BBTran works with Google Translate & Dictionary and SYSTRAN translation & dictionary.

Whoever is manning the Blackberry in that screenshot doesn’t know that you can just press a letter for a full second to capitalize it.

Thanks, I like the tool I wrote too. I’ve tried to make it available to as many platforms as possible — including BlackBerry.

After installation I got this error message… “Sorry, service is temporarily unavailable please check your connection settings & try later or visit http://www.bbtrab.com/ for suport.” Went to site. NO SUPPORT… Please help. Thank you!

Sorry for some unreadyness of the web site.
I’ll add feedback form soon.
Meanwhile you can use Feedback form in BBTran. (Look for it in the menu). or just mail me at s.demyanov[@]gmail.com
I’m trying to answer all requests.
Few days ago I published an update (1.4) for BBTran. You can take a look.
BTW, I can also add Mike’s translation service to BBTran if he doesn’t mind. But not sure to get his approval.
