I know there are a ton of BlackBerry specific instant messenger applications. So che ci sono una tonnellata di BlackBerry specifiche applicazioni di messaggeria istantanea. The problem is that I am the type who has to try every new application to see if it is better than the current one I use. Pretty damn cool. Pretty damn cool. I have not had a chance to try it myself but it supports all the major networks so its worth a shot. UPDATE: I am having a bit of trouble getting this installed on my 8310 even though it says that the Curve and Pearl BlackBerry devices are supported. I got installed on my 8120 but doesn’t work. Io ho installato sul mio 8120 ma non funziona.

I’m so DONE with “yet another IM client for Blackberry” until someone figures out how to make one that also integrates with Blackberry Messenger. Sono così fatto con "ancora un altro client di messaggistica istantanea per Blackberry" fino a quando qualcuno cifre su come fare quello che si integra anche con BlackBerry Messenger.

“To make one that also integrates with Blackberry Messenger” is something that only RIM itself can do since the BB Messenger is a proprietary network available to paying subscribers only. I’ll bet this new application won’t support BIS-B, and if it does, I’ll wait until the current problems are straightend out. What the heck, I had to try it. What the heck, ho dovuto provare. It is beautiful and quick/responsive, but can’t get a connection. È bello e veloce / reattivo, ma non si possono ottenere una connessione. Most likely, no BIS-B support. Molto probabilmente, non BIS-B.

Palringo installed just fine on my Curve 8310 - the only malfunction for me was I couldn’t add any chat accounts - the “next” button wouldn’t work. Palringo bene installato sul mio Curva 8310 - solo il malfunzionamento è stato per me non ho potuto aggiungere le chat conti - il pulsante "Avanti" non funziona. I had to download the desktop client and add accounts that way. Ho avuto per scaricare il client desktop e aggiungere gli account che modo. I dislike the fact that the only notification option is a beep - I’d much prefer vibration alerts (for loud/virbrate phone settings) coupled with the LED indicator flashing (for all phone settings). Mi piace il fatto che l'unica opzione di notifica è un segnale acustico - io ho molto preferiscono vibrazioni avvisi (ad alta voce / virbrate telefono cellulare le impostazioni) in combinazione con il LED lampeggiante (per tutte le impostazioni del telefono). As well, I’d like to see a message waiting indicator on the BB’s home screen as you would with Google Talk or If you have a new sms/email message. Come pure, mi piacerebbe vedere un messaggio di attesa indicatore sul BB schermata principale di come si farebbe con Google Talk o Se si dispone di un nuovo SMS / messaggio di posta elettronica. Its a nifty program - visually appealing - but it doesn’t have me wrapped around its’ fingers. Il suo programma uno nifty - visivamente accattivanti - ma non mi hanno avvolto intorno al suo 'dita.
