Palringo installed just fine on my Curve 8310 - the only malfunction for me was I couldn't add any chat accounts - the "next" button wouldn't work. I had to download the desktop client and add accounts that way. I dislike the fact that the only notification option is a beep - I'd much prefer vibration alerts (for loud/virbrate phone settings) coupled with the LED indicator flashing (for all phone settings). As well, I'd like to see a message waiting indicator on the BB's home screen as you would with Google Talk or If you have a new sms/email message. Its a nifty program - visually appealing - but it doesn't have me wrapped around its' fingers.

What the heck, I had to try it. It is beautiful and quick/responsive, but can't get a connection. Most likely, no BIS-B support.

"To make one that also integrates with Blackberry Messenger" is something that only RIM itself can do since the BB Messenger is a proprietary network available to paying subscribers only.
.
I'll bet this new application won't support BIS-B, and if it does, I'll wait until the current problems are straightend out. That's what I read BerryReview.com for. :-)
