We outline using the Nexthaus client on the ZYB site, and our experience is good with that client (I use it myself), however we don't offer support for it. we have good contacts within Nexthaus and when issues occur we troubleshoot with them to create a good experience for the end user. Jennifer, you can set up the Nexthaus client to synchronize automatically (every n minutes/hours/days) with ZYB and of course you can initiate it manually too.
