BlackBerry 9000/Bold Release – AT&T In October – T-Mobile In December/January

OfficialRIM9000pictureFile this in the credible RUMOR column. I have not had a chance to corroborate this but it is coming from a credible source.

Justin just let me know that his T-Mobile National Rep gave him some details on the BlackBerry Bold aka 9000 series. According to his rep AT&T will be launching the Bold in October. T-Mobile will actually get a version of the 9000 that may not be called “Bold” in December or January once testing is complete.

This rumor actually makes sense since currently the Bold only has Tri-Band 3G which would not work on T-Mobile’s new 3G network. I am guessing this upcoming 9000 series for T-Mobile will support UMA and T-Mobile’s flavor of 3G.

JUST REMEMBER THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED!!! I don’t want anybody emailing us with hate mail if the device is released earlier or later.
