I last reviewed Rove’s Mobile Admin 4.0, now I am on to one of the two free utilities they offer called Rove Mobile Viewer for BlackBerry. This is just a “must have” for anyone who is involved with BlackBerry in a corporate environment. Pretty cool ? Pretty cool? Well it gets better !! Viene anche meglio!! Not only can you use this for presentations an demonstrations but you can use it for support. If you would like to walk a user through something, just have them remote control into your PC and actually show them how to do something. This is just a great tool. Questo è solo un grande strumento. The only small complaint I have is that the BB screen on the PC is a bit fuzzy and there is a slight delay.
