BlackBerry Unite - The Bugs Report - Proceed With Caution ك توحد -- البق التقرير -- بحذر
I know many of you have وأنا أعرف الكثير منكم installed BlackBerry unite after we mentioned it yesterday تركيب العليق توحد بعد ان ذكرنا امس . We also ونحن أيضا mentioned some of the issues in our last FYI وذكر بعض المسائل الواردة في آخر fyi . It turns out that this is more of a full release that really needed some testing. وتبين ان هذا هو اكثر من ان الافراج عن كامل حقا في حاجة الى بعض التجارب. So far people have been liking the functionality but their happiness has been hampered with some serious bugs and unknown consequences. حتى الآن شخص قد تروق وظيفة ولكن السعاده وقد اعاق مع بعض العيوب الخطيره وغير معروفة العواقب.

- Once you install Unite you get an IT policy on your device that you have to wipe your BlackBerry to remove وبمجرد تثبيت توحيد كنت احصل على سياسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الجهاز من ان لديك من اجل القضاء على حسابك لازالة العليق
- You also have to deal with Errors such as the one below where it says “Browser is disabled by IT policy” لك ايضا للتعامل مع الأخطاء مثل واحد ادناه حيث تقول "لمتصفح المعوقين به سياسة"
- You will also find that it makes your browser bookmarks no longer work unless you delete and re-enable them. ستجدون ايضا ان يجعل المتصفح الاشارات المرجعيه لم يعد العمل الا اذا قمت بحذف واعادة تفعيلها.
- It can lock up a nice machine on and also gives quite a few of Unite File Sync errors ويمكن حبس لطيفة على آله ويعطي ايضا عدد غير قليل من الأخطاء توحد الملف المزامنه
- The calendar is missing recurring events and the ability to change reminders الجدول الزمني مفقود الاحداث المتكررة ، والقدرة على تغيير تذكرة
- The file upload/download aspect is awesome in theory, but the 1 meg limit renders it useless ملف تحميل / تنزيل هو جانب من جوانب مرعبه من الناحية النظريه ، الا ان تحد من 1 ميغ يجعلها عديمة الفاءده
- Your device may lock up now every time you hit the CNN.com home screen shortcut or others جهازك قد حبس الآن في كل مرة كنت اصاب cnn.com الصفحه الرئيسية اختصار الشاشه أو غيره
- This program may make your browser, Facebook, Viigo, and most other applications unusable due to the IT policy error هذا البرنامج قد يجعل المتصفح الخاص بك ، تواجه ، viigo ، ومعظم التطبيقات الاخرى غير صالحة للاستعمال نتيجة لخطأ في سياسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات
- You also cannot sync your desktop outlook calendar to Unite. كما انك لا يمكن مزامنه سطح المكتب الى توحيد النظرة التقويميه. Nor anything else from your desktop ولا أي شيء آخر من سطح المكتب
Thanks to the brave souls who brought this to our attention. وبفضل الشجعان نسمة من جلب هذا لاهتمامنا. Hopefully version 1.1 will be coming out soon. ونأمل ان النسخه 1،1 سيأتي قريبا. It seems like RIM rushed this out before WES. ويبدو مثل هذا التسرع في حوض الماء والاصحاح البيئي قبل.

I think it is hilarious the Unite help is already translated into German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, since it was only officially released so far for Bell Canada, and the help offers no help for the issues listed above. واعتقد انه فرحان المتحدة ويساعد بالفعل ترجمت الى الالمانيه والفرنسية والايطاليه والاسبانيه والبرتغاليه البرازيليه ، الا انه اطلق سراحهم حتى الان رسميا لبيل كندا ، والمساعدة لا تقدم أي مساعدة للقضايا المذكورة اعلاه.

Oh and they can’t even get that right. أوه وانهم لا يستطيعون حتى الحصول على هذا الحق. If you go from English, to German, and click back to English, the English Help loads within the German Help. اذا ذهبت من الانكليزيه الى الالمانيه ، وانقر على العودة الى الانجليزيه ، الانجليزيه مساعدة الاحمال داخل الالمانيه للمساعدة. That’s another bug. وهذا علة اخرى.

This is how to remove the eeeeeeeevil policy. وهذه هي الطريقة لازالة eeeeeeeevil السياسة. cut and paste (remove spaces) the link below. قص ولصق (ازالة المساحات) الوصله ادناه. everything you need is there. كل ما تحتاجه هو هناك. took me less than 20 minutes. وقد كلفني اقل من 20 دقيقة. I thought I had made a brick out of my BB. اعتقدت انني قدمت لبنة من بلادي ب ب. Wipes don’t do the trick on 8830’s. المسحات لا تفعل الخدعه على 8830 's. It baffled a Sprint engineer. انه عدو المهندس حير أ.

Actually Unite was released in spain last year in Spanish. توحد فعلا اطلق سراحه في العام الماضي في اسبانيا الاسبانيه. This is not the first release afaik وهذه ليست المرة الاولى لاطلاق afaik
Also, I wonder if it is my os being 4.5, I didn’t have any issues other than email reconciliation not deleting messages from server. أيضا ، وأتساءل عما اذا كان نظام التشغيل ومن بلادي 4،5 يجري ، لم يكن لدى أي من القضايا الأخرى الا حذف المصالحة البريد الالكتروني رسائل من خادم.

If Unite does work best with 4.5 or higher, when the OS be released for all devices, like my T-Mo 8320? وإذا توحد لا تعمل على افضل وجه مع 4،5 او اعلى ، وعندما يتم الافراج عن نظام تشغيل جميع الاجهزه ، مثل بلادي ر مو - 8320؟ That is what I REALLY want to know. وهذا هو ما أنا حقا تريد ان تعرف. I doubt I’ll try Unite again until I have OS 4.5 and Unite is at 1.1 or higher. انني اشك في توحيد سأحاول مرة أخرى حتى لقد توحد ونظام التشغيل هو 4،5 في 1،1 أو أعلى.

The big issue I encountered was mainly the face that BB “Internet Browser” was replaced by “Unite! القضية الكبرى التي تواجهها في المقام الأول وجه أن ب ب "متصفح الانترنت" بعباره "توحد! Browser” which would give the IT Policy issue error. متصفح "التي تعطى خطأ انها مسألة تتعلق بالسياسه العامة. After THREE hours on a support call with RIM, we removed the “Unite Browser” but then I only had “WiFi Browser” as my only browser option, period. وبعد ثلاث ساعات على اتصال مع البلدان المطله على الدعم ، ونحن ازالت "توحيد متصفح" ولكن بعد ذلك الا انني قد "WiFi متصفح" لي خيار سوى المتصفح ، وهذه الفترة. If you don’t have a wifi-berry, you’ll not know that if you set your Browser to “Wifi Browser” none of your links will work when you’re on EDGE, so I knew this was bad. اذا لم يكن لديك WiFi أ - بيري ، فأنت لا يعلم انه اذا انت من يحدد المتصفح الخاص بك الى "WiFi متصفح" ايا من صلاتك ستعمل عندما كنت على الحافه ، وكنت اعرف ذلك وكان هذا سيئا. I think I’m all good again now after wiping my whole device, removing the Unite IT Policy (instructions found on blackberryfaq.com, look up Remove IT Policy). انا اعتقد ان جميع الجيدة مرة اخرى الآن ، بعد محو كل جهاز بلدي ، وازالة المتحدة وسياسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات (الاطلاع على تعليمات blackberryfaq.com ، والبحث عن سياسة ازالته).

This program killed my 8830 :+( It was so bad I had to purchase a new one today. In addition I lost all 5 years of contacts in my Outlook address book. plus $490.00 on a new blackberry device. In the future it would be nice to test somthing before you post a download link and sentance our Blackberrys to an early death… هذا البرنامج قتل بلدي 8830 : + (وكان سيئا واضطررت الى شراء واحدة جديدة اليوم. بالاضافة الى انني فقدت كل 5 سنوات للاتصالات في معالجة الكتاب النظرة بلدي. بالاضافة الى 490،00 دولار على جهاز جديد ك. فى المستقبل سيكون نيس لاختبار ما بعد somthing امامكم وصلة تنزيل وsentance لدينا في وقت مبكر blackberrys الموت…

AFAIK is an acronym, it means “as far as I know”. Afaik هو الاسم المختصر ، فهي تعني "حسب علمي". Blackberry OS 4.5.0.18 has been sent to carriers last week or so. ك السراج 4.5.0.18 وقد تم ارساله الى الناقلات في الاسبوع الماضي او نحو ذلك. It is up to them to decide when to release it. الامر متروك لهم ان يقرر متى الافراج عنها.
On another note, on my 4.5 device, when I deleted Unite service books, I did not see any traces of the Unite policy. ومن ناحية اخرى ، على جهاز 4،5 بلدي ، انني عندما حذف توحيد الخدمات الكتب ، لم ارى اى اثار للتوحيد السياسات. This could be related to the fact it is also active on BES (which overrides many sections of Unite policy) or 4.5 OS. هذا يمكن ان يعزى الى حقيقة انها نشطة أيضا على بيز (التي تلغي كثير من أبواب توحيد السياسات (أو 4،5 القانون الاساسي. Nikko, care to share your experience? نيكو ، والرعايه لتقاسم ما تتمتعون به من خبرة؟ Which OS version, what exactly happened? النسخه التي السراج ، ما حدث بدقة؟ Were you using BIS or BES before? هل كنت تستخدم مكررا او بيز من قبل؟ The contacts sync on the Unite is one way so it will NOT touch any of your Outlook Address Book, how did you lose it? الاتصالات متزامنا على توحيد هو أحد السبل لذلك لن اتطرق اي من نظرتك دفتر العناوين ، وكيف يخسر؟

You not having a backup of your device (and contacts) is somehow BerryReview’s fault? وبعد ان كنت لا احتياطيه من جهازك (والاتصالات) berryreview على نحو ما هو خطأ؟ and whoever told you a new device had to be purchased (why did you not just reinstall device software for a clean start?) Is likely laughing pretty hard at you right now! ومن قال لك جهاز جديد كان لا بد من شرائها (لماذا ليس فقط لبرامج اعادة الجهاز تبدأ بداية نظيفة؟) ومن المحتمل ان الضحك بجد جميلة أنت الآن!

I could really rub salt into the wound here and say you should have waited until a couple of weeks for when the BlackBerry Bold (aka 9000) is released (hopefully) but I wont. استطيع حقا الرب الملح في الجرح وهنا اقول لك ان ينتظر حتى اسبوعين لجريئة عندما العليق (اكا 9000) هو اطلاق سراح (ونأمل) ولكنني متعود.
I agree whole-heartedly with DavidB on this one though and there were warnings the whole way through…Backup, Backup, Backup. وأنا اتفق مع بحماس تام davidb على الرغم من هذا واحد وكانت هناك تحذيرات الجامعة من خلال طريقة… الاحتياطيه والنسخ الاحتياطي النسخ الاحتياطي. (sounds like a mantra) (يبدو مثل تعويذه)

I do have a backup. وانا قد احتياطية. It does not remove the IT policy. انها لا تزيل سياسة تكنولوجيا المعلومات. In addition I downgraded the OS. وبالاضافة الى أنني قللت من القانون الاساسى. That did not work. ان لم ينجح. Upgraded it again and restored from backup. ترقية ومرة أخرى من استعادة النسخ الاحتياطي. That did not work. ان لم ينجح. This is ridiculous. وهذا امر يثير السخريه. Everything is pretty much back to normal with the exception of the browser. كل شيء جميل كثيرا العودة الى وضعها الطبيعي وفيما عدا المتصفح. I have no more browsing capabilites. انا ليس لي اكثر التصفح capabilites. Just my opinion but this program was not worth the hassle. مجرد رأيي ولكن هذا البرنامج لا تستحق الازعاج.

If you are going to wipe, you can grab a copy of Javaloader, wipe the device fully, then install the OS afterwards. اذا كنت الذهاب الى مسح ، يمكنك الاستيلاء على نسخة من javaloader ، مسح الجهاز بالكامل ، ثم تثبيت نظام التشغيل بعد ذلك. That should do the trick. وينبغي ان تفعل الخدعه. Or you can try methods explained at //www.blackberryforums.com/rim-software/67224-remove-policy.html او يمكنك ان تحاول طرق في وأوضحت / / www.blackberryforums.com/rim-software/67224-remove-policy.html
