It is not meant for the hardcore BlackBerry user but is intended to answer a question that many of us get asked quite often by new BlackBerry users. يعني انها ليست لالعليق فاضح جدا ولكن المستخدم هو الاجابه عن سؤال ان الكثير منا في كثير من الاحيان للحصول على طلب جديد من قبل المستخدمين ك.

A handy feature of the newer Blackberry devices that can be overlooked is the ability to send a message with an attachment. أ مفيد سمة من احدث الاجهزه التي يمكن ان العليق يمكن تجاهلها هي القدرة على ارسال رسالة مع ملف مرفق.

Suppose that you maintain several documents that you need to send to others from time to time. لنفترض ان تحافظ على عدد من الوثائق التي تحتاج الى ارسال الى اخرى من وقت الى آخر. When someone calls you or sends a message asking for it, they want it now ! واذا كان شخص ما يدعو أو يرسل لك رسالة تطلب من اجلها ، انهم يريدون الآن! Here is a relatively easy way to oblige them. هنا هو طريقة سهلة نسبيا لاجبارهم.

Whenever you change or edit your document, take an extra moment to place the updated copy on your Blackberry (I use a micro SD card, you can store smaller documents directly on the Blackberry). كلما قمت بتغيير أو قم بتعديل الوثيقة ، لحظة اتخاذ اضافي لوضع نسخة حديثة الخاص بك ك (أنا استخدم بطاقه صغيرة التنمية المستدامة ، يمكنك تخزين الوثائق مباشرة على اصغر ك). You can use the Media Manager portion of the Desktop Manager, or if you have Mass Storage Mode enabled on your device, you can use your native file explorer to load the file onto your Blackberry. يمكنك استخدام وسائل الاعلام جزء من مدير ادارة سطح المكتب ، أو إذا كان لديك طريقة التخزين الجماعي مكن على جهازك ، يمكنك استخدام ملف لغتك اكسبلورر لتحميل الملف الخاص بك علي العليق.

How to Attach the File(s) كيف ارفق الملف (الملفات)

From left to right: من اليسار الى اليمين :

1. create the message to send تهيئة لارسال رسالة
2. click menu, and select Attach File انقر فوق القائمة ، واختر ارفاق ملف
3. select the source of the file to send اختر مصدر لارسال الملف
4. select the individual file اختيار الفرد الملف
5. the message now has the attachment الرسالة الآن ملحق
6. send the message on it’s way. ارسل الرسالة على أنها وسيلة. That’s all there is to it! هذا كل ما في الامر!

If you need to send media files or files that are large in size, this isn’t the best way to do it. اذا كنت في حاجة الى ارسال ملفات او ملفات وسائط الاعلام التي هي في حجم كبير ، وليست هذه هي افضل طريقة لذلك. If you need a quick way to send the latest report, your current catalog, or any other reasonably sized file that others will ask you for, this is how you can do it without waiting to get back to the office, or having to call someone to send it for you. اذا كنت بحاجة الى طريقة سريعه لارسال التقرير الاخير ، كتالوج الحالي الخاص بك ، أو أي ملف بحجم معقول أن الآخرين سوف أطلب منكم ل، وهذه هي الطريقة التي يمكنك أن تفعل ذلك دون انتظار العودة الى المكتب ، او الاضطرار الى دعوة شخص لارساله لك.
