It has been around 2 months now and they still haven't solved the problem. I hope it isn't permanent. Before you buy this phone, make sure this issue is fully resolved. (unless you don't want to have GPS of course..). Anyone have any info on when this might be fixed? Cancelation is 20 dollars a month to get out of slavery. If they could they would have us sign contacts for the life of our children not only our lives.
