When I first heard about Vringo they dealt with video ringtones being sent from one user to another. Hayden at PinStack has uncovered another one of their Beta applications that is quite interesting. It is another application on your BlackBerry that automatically downloads the pictures for your contacts from Facebook.

I am not quite sure how it does this since I just use the built in Caller ID picture option. That feature is much better in my opinion since it integrates well with the camera and BES. Also in OS 4.5 you will be able to see the contacts picture on the top of their emails.
