Το Bplay έχει κάνει μια θαυμάσια εργασία της ανάπλασης της εμπειρίας ηρώων κιθάρων στο βατόμουρο. Αναγκάστηκα να ελλιμενίσω ολόκληρο ένα σημείο από την εκτίμηση για έναν απλό λόγο. Οι έλεγχοι είναι λίγο αδέξιοι σε καμπύλη ή 8800 σειρές. Αφ' ενός λειτουργεί όπως ένα όνειρο στο μαργαριτάρι! Να καταλάβει τι αυτός σημαίνει εσείς θα πρέπει να διαβάσει το υπόλοιπο της αναθεώρησης.

Όλος μπορώ να πω ότι είναι ότι εάν απολαύσετε το ήρωα κιθάρων καθόλου στην κονσόλα σας θα την αγαπήσετε στο βατόμουρό σας. Τα τραγούδια είναι μεγάλα και είχα ένα φύσημα που παίζει το παιχνίδι. Οι έλεγχοι είναι η μόνη προειδοποίηση και πραγματικά επιθυμώ ότι στην επόμενη αναπροσαρμογή Bplay θα μας αφήσει να προσαρμόσουμε τους ελέγχους στο παίζοντας ύφος μας.

Αγορά: Το παιχνίδι μπορεί να αγοραστεί σε δύο πρότυπα. Μια αγορά ενός χρόνου $14.99 που επιτρέπει τα ενημερωμένα τραγούδια ή $4.49 μηνιαίως συνδρομή. 3 νέα τραγούδια θα απελευθερωθούν κάθε μήνα και μπορείτε να τα ενημερώσετε εύκολα από την εφαρμογή. Αυτή τη στιγμή δεν υπάρχει καμία αναπροσαρμογή εκτός από τα αρχικά 15 τραγούδια. Δεν είμαι αρκετά βέβαιος ότι τι οι διαφορές είναι μεταξύ των δύο προτύπων τιμών εκτός από αυτό αλλά εγώ θα προσπαθήσει να ανακαλύψει.

Εγκατάσταση: Εγκαταστήστε ήταν αρκετά μπροστινός αλλά το παιχνίδι είναι επιβλητικό 1MB. Υποθέτω ότι χρειάστηκαν το δωμάτιο για να αποθηκεύσουν όλα τα τραγούδια. Σύμφωνα με Bplay, ο ήρωας κιθάρων κινητός είναι συμβατός με το 7130/8100/8700/8300/8800 (και τα παράγωγα) εκτός από το 8707as που δεν υποστηρίζει τις συνδέσεις υποδοχών.

Οι έλεγχοι: Αυτό είναι η μόνη προειδοποίηση με το παιχνίδι. Εάν έχετε ένα μαργαριτάρι είστε χρυσοί αλλά με μια καμπύλη ή 8800 μπορείτε να έχετε μερικά ζητήματα. Μπορείτε να διαβάσετε κατωτέρω στην εικόνα πώς οι έλεγχοι λειτουργούν.

Υπάρχουν 3 μαίανδροι στο παιχνίδι κανένα θέμα εάν παίζετε στους εύκολους, μέσους, ή σκληρούς τρόπους. Αυτοί οι μαίανδροι πιέζονται με τον κρότο του Ρ, του Υ, και των κλειδιών του U ή των κλειδιών κάτω από τους. Στο μαργαριτάρι αυτό είναι ένας εύκολος άθλος επειδή αυτά είναι τα τρία μέσα κλειδιά όπως παρουσιάζονται κατωτέρω:

Αφ' ενός με την καμπύλη έχετε μια παράξενη οργάνωση για τα κλειδιά που σας κάνουν να ωθήσετε μερικές φορές τα λανθασμένα κουμπιά.

Now on to the actual game. Below you see the main screen and the next screen which allows you to easily set the sound.

You then enter in your nickname and on the next screen see the main menu.

You can then click “quick play” to start up a one time game. You start off with the opening licks which gives you 4 classic songs. BTW there are no more frets in the expert version compared to the easy version.

Some gameplay screenshots. Keep in mind I sucked because it is very hard to take screenshots while playing the game. I did run into some lags where incoming emails or calendar reminders would cause the flow of the game to pause and me to screw up. The have the same score board on the left and the rock meter on the right.

There is also a campaign mode where you can choose to be one of two characters.

There is also a choice between 4 guitars that you can unlock but you only start with 1. You can see two below…

There are also acievements to unlock for extra goodies…

After each set your score is uploaded or updated to Bplays servers allowing you to see where you stand in the rankings. Pretty HOT! I like where Bplay is going with this.

I tried clicking on the update tracks button on the main menu and got the message below. It seems like we will have to wait until next month for new tracks.

Pros:

• Classic Guitar Hero gameplay
• Great selection of songs
• Ability to post your score to the rankings online
• Unlockable extras
• Ability to download new tracks in the future

Cons:

• Key configuration on the Curve and 8800 series
• Gameplay stutters sometimes when messages or reminders come up

Conclusion:

All in all I think that Guitar Hero is now one of my favorite games for BlackBerry. It would be even better if Bplay updated the game to allow users to set their own keys. If you have a 8100 Pearl you will have no problem with the controls. I was playing on an 8310 and even with the odd key configuration the game is as addictive as the console version.

The price may be a bit high compared to Bplays other offerings but the game is worth it. I would stay away from the subscription since $4.49/month can add up quickly compared to $14.99 for a year. This is one quality offering from Bplay. Hopefully the next revision will win it the Editors Choice award.
