Below are some things I can compare to in my OS 4.3 on my Verizon 8130.
Maps is already an advanced option in OS 4.3. For me, the only option when selected is Blackberry Maps – NA (North America)
Memory Cleaning is also in OS 4.3 listed in the Security options section
The bluetooth options you show also are there in 4.3 but I don’t see an option for checking/unchecking but the BT device I have paired is a GPS so it might not show those for that type of BT deevice.
Can not wait
