Commercial Linux (Xubuntu) Theme For 7100/8100/8300/8700/8800

Yeah I know commercial and Linux are a bit of an oxymoron but the developer, Scott, has done a beautiful job on this theme. The theme costs $5 and feels like a blast from the past. While the theme does not look “exactly” like Xubuntu it does bear a nice resemblance and the simplicity of it gives it some serious appeal. I love the blue coloring and the icons are just plain easy to understand. The font very readable and my wife (who loves blue) really dug the blue background.

The theme is available in all formats (Zen, Today, & Icon) for practicably all recent devices including the 7100, 8100, 8300, 8700, & 8800. Scott has been kind enough to give away a theme to two lucky readers at BerryReview. Stay tuned for the giveaway info today or tomorrow.

You can pick up the theme by sending Scott $5 through PayPal to his address ScottMB4@gmail.com. Just specify the device and version you want in the comments and he will send you the OTA link. I would recommend reading his terms before purchasing. Nothing surprising but it does give you the exact OS versions that are compatible for each BlackBerry device series.
