GPSed Now Allows You To Attach Photos To Your Trip

GPSed has finally added the feature that completes the circle of their offering. Until now you could use GPSed to keep track of where you went and your waylog. Now you can automatically connect your GPSed account to Picasa and have your pictures automatically added to the place they were taken based on their timestamp. Pretty hot stuff. I wish I had this when I was going cross country with friends! So far they have only added Picasa support but Flickr is coming next.

You can see a demo of it in action here or read their announcement about it at this link.

GPSed is still free and comes to us from SHAPE services. They really have been busy recently with their free offerings.
