RIM Adds Google Search To Mobile.BlackBerry.com Website
RIM has added a nice little Google search box to the top of the mobile.blackberry.com website that we know and love. This may be a sign of RIM working closer with Google but it has one critical flaw. The morons mentally challenged directed the search towards the desktop version of Google search!!!
It makes me wonder if the developers even use a BlackBerry. If they do this just shows how clueless they sometimes are. You can see what I mean below:

I guess Google and RIM are not working on the same wavelength. Why would they forward a search from a BlackBerry only website to a desktop website if there is a perfectly good mobile alternative! I hope they fix this one quick.
BTW RIM has also added a little weekly poll to the mobile.BlackBerry.com website. The question is a bit irrelevant asking if when you purchase personal electronics “do you install the accompanying desktop software?” My answer is “only when I cannot avoid it.

Well, Google’s search page is actually quite mobile-friendly. I even use the desktop version instead of the mobile version. At least for searching.
