RIM & Motorola - I Sue You, You Sue Me…

RIM has yet another patent tangle with Motorola. I really wish both companies would focus more of their energies on creating better solutions rather than battling themselves. Some of the patents are just plain ridiculous. For example, Motorola has a patent on mobile phones using WiFi. 
So far Motorola is suing RIM for 7 patent infringements and RIM is suing Motorola on 9 patents of their own.
The gloves have been thrown and the duel is on. Lets see who comes out on top this time.
