Sorry guys I could not resist. Stefano sent me a link to one of the funniest RIM Knowledgebase articles I have seen to date. The article is titled BrickBreaker lost ball.
Problem
While playing BrickBreaker (in OS 4.2.1), the ball passes through a wall instead of rebounding, causing the ball to leave the screen and not return.Cause
When a brick is at the top level and then moves down, a gap may occur at the top of the screen. If the ball hits the gap, it rebounds through the wall and may not come back down again. The paddle is still movable, but the ball is unavailable.Resolution
Upgrade to BlackBerry Device Software 4.2.2.44 or later.Workaround
Restart the BrickBreaker application.
This article just reminds me of the ridiculous Microsoft Knowledgebase article released in 2007 titled Computer Randomly Plays Classical Music:
