does that mean that people with no data plan can use it too with no charge or u still need a data plan? é que isso significa que as pessoas com plano de dados não pode usá-lo também sem qualquer encargo ou u ainda precisamos de um plano de dados?

No topo dos comentários. Anyway, I don’t think this IM application is that good. De qualquer maneira, não creio que este pedido é que a boa IM. It won’t work with BIS-B. Não irá trabalhar com o BPI-B. It won’t connect at all, and all the Help text they provide goes on and on about how to properly configure an APN (for those who have one). Não vai ligar a todos, e todos o texto de ajuda que prestam e prolonga-se por sobre a forma de configurar correctamente um APN (para aqueles que têm um).
