After the stellar rating وبعد تصنيف ممتاز Greg gave Bookworm in November غريغ اعطى المثقف في تشرين الثاني / نوفمبر and based on the review by Luciano below I think the game more than deserves the award. واستنادا الى استعراض من جانب لوشيانو ادناه واعتقد ان لعبة اكثر من يستحق الجاءزه. Now back to the review. عاد الآن الى الاستعراض.

The Blackberry is such a productive device that we often need to wind down a little. ك هو هذا الجهاز الانتاجي اننا كثيرا ما تحتاج لاغلاق القليل. The creators of this game had a good idea indeed. منشئي هذه اللعبة قد والواقع ان فكرة جيدة. Bookworm is a Scrabble-meets-Tetris game where you join, or rather select adjacent letter blocks to spell out the best words you can. المثقف هو الخربشه - أ - تجتمع لعبة tetris الانضمام الى اين ، او بالاحرى اختيار القطع المجاورة رسالة الى تحديد افضل الكلمات يمكنك. Words can be spelled out in any direction: left, right, up, down, round in curves etc. so long as each letter is physically connected to the next one. يمكن للكلمات ان تكون المنصوص عليها في اي اتجاه : يسار ، الحق ، حتى ، الى أسفل ، جولة في منحنيات الخ طالما ان كل رسالة مرتبطة جسديا واحدة الى اخرى. Every time you spell a word, you score points and the blocks are removed from the board. في كل مرة تقوم فيها تحديد كلمة ، أنت وتسجيل نقاط تتم ازالة القطع من المجلس. New ones drop from the top à la Tetris and the game goes on. جديدة تسقط من اعلى à مدينة لوس انجلوس وtetris اللعبة مستمرة.

In theory, it could go on forever. من الناحية النظريه ، يمكن ان تستمر الى الابد. In practice, it doesn’t. وفي الممارسه العملية ، لا. After some time - quite some time, actually - “flaming” blocks begin to drop. وبعد فترة من الوقت -- منذ بعض الوقت ، في الواقع -- "الغضب" لبنات لتبدأ في الانخفاض. You can select the letters with the trackball, but I had a much better time using the QWERTY keyboard. يمكنك اختيار الرسائل مع trackball ، ولكن كان عندي الكثير من الوقت على نحو أفضل استخدام لوحة المفاتيح qwerty. I didn’t really pay attention to that, but the letters seem to carry more or less the same value they do in Scrabble. حقا انني لم تولى اهتماما لذلك ، لكن يبدو ان رسائل تحمل اكثر او اقل بنفس القيمه الذي تقوم به في الخربشه. So if you find two possible words that will use up the same letters, you may want to check which word will score the more points before you confirm which one you want. حتى اذا وجدت اثنين من الممكن استخدام الكلمات التي تصل رسائل نفسه ، قد ترغب في التحقق من هذه الكلمه التي يسجل اكثر النقاط قبل التصديق التي تريدها. Long words award you special colored blocks that multiply the value of the words that contain them, which is also very similar to Scrabble. وبعباره طويلة ملونة جائزة خاصة لبنات لك ان تتضاعف قيمة الكلمات التي تحتوي عليها ، التي هي أيضا تشبه الى حد بعيد الخربشه. The points are indicated on the left. واشارت هذه النقاط على اليسار. That is the bookshelf and the… erm, librarian, I guess. وهذا هو الرف و… ERM ، أمين مكتبة ، احزر. As you build words and score your points, a row of books on the bookshelf indicate your progress in the current level. كما تقوم بصنع الكلمات وتسجيل النقاط الخاصة بك ، صف من الكتب على الرف يمكنك التقدم في المستوى الحالي. When the bookshelf is full, you go up one level. وعندما رف كامل ، كنت أذهب الى اعلى بمستوى واحد.

I managed to play this game for almost one hour before losing in my very first attempt. تمكنت من لعب هذه اللعبة ما يقرب من ساعة واحدة قبل ان يخسر في بلدي أول محاولة للغاية. Breaking the one-hour barrier then became trivial. كسر الحاجز لمدة ساعة واحدة ثم اصبح تافها. That doesn’t mean the game is too easy therefore uninteresting. وهذا لا يعني اللعبة من السهل للغاية ولذلك غير مهم. On the contrary, it is extremely addictive if you like word games. على العكس من ذلك ، هو غاية الادمان اذا اردت كلمة الالعاب. That part of the fun is often marred by what seems to be an oversight: the blocks are too random. ان جزءا من متعة وكثيرا ما يفسد ما يبدو انه الرقابة : القطع العشوائي للغاية. So random it is often impossible to spell out anything longer than three letters. ذلك انه كثيرا ما يكون عشوائيا من المستحيل شرح وتوضيح اي شيء اكثر من ثلاث رسائل. The game is aware of that. المباراة يدرك ذلك. First, the player is allowed to shuffle the board most of the time. اولا ، ان يسمح للاعب المراوغه المجلس في معظم الوقت. Being unable to finish that six or seven-letter word I’ve been keeping an eye on because I’m up to my ears in vowels and restarting the entire board from scratch really gets under my skin. انهم لم يتمكنوا من الانتهاء الى أن ستة أو سبعة حروف كلمة انا كنت ابقاء العين على انا لان ما يصل الى آذان بلادي استئناف وأحرف العله في المجلس بأكمله من الصفر يحصل حقا بلدي تحت الجلد. I think there should be a much better balance of vowels and consonants in the game’s algorithm. واعتقد ينبغي ان يكون هناك توازن افضل بكثير من احرف العله والحروف الساكنه في المباراة خوارزميه. But maybe that’s just me. ولكن ربما أن لي فقط.

Another complaint I could make of this game is that it failed to recognize a few words. شكوى اخرى يمكن ان تجعل لي من هذه اللعبة هو انه لم يعترف بضع كلمات. I really should have written down a list, but off the cuff I can remember “Dane” and “Monday”. انا حقا ينبغي ان تكون مكتوبة اسفل قائمة ، ولكن من الكفه اتذكر "داين" و "الاثنين". Another small flaw is that we can only save and resume one game at a time. عيب صغير آخر هو اننا لا يمكن الا ان انقاذ واستئناف لعبة واحدة في وقت واحد. I wish I could keep at least a couple of games rolling and “compete” with someone in my household. أتمنى أن يبقى على الأقل اثنين من الالعاب والمتداول "تتنافس" مع شخص في بلدي للاسر المعيشيه.

Eventually, too many flaming blocks make getting rid of them an impossible task, but you do get a chance to postpone the mayhem over and over. في نهاية المطاف ، فإن الكثير من الغضب لبنات تجعل التخلص منها مهمة مستحيلة ، ولكنك لا أحصل على فرصة لتأجيل الفوضى أكثر وأكثر.
