CellSpin Beta – Post Photos, Text, & Audio From Your BlackBerry Free

CellspinscreenshothomepageJosep just sent me a link to a free new service called CellSpin that is compatible with BlackBerry devices. I have not had a chance to check it out myself but the feature set is pretty impressive. According to their website CellSpin allows you to post pictures, text, and audio from your device to many different sites. These sites include Blogger, eBay, Flickr, LiveJournal, Picasa, Facebook, and a few more.

Pretty cool if I may say so myself. You can see the breakdown of what you can do with CellSpin on each site in the table at this link. So far the application supposedly supports only the Pearl and the Curve series devices. I am guessing this is because these are the only devices with a camera built in. Details are pretty slim at this point including the fact that the support forum for the BlackBerry client has 0 posts as of today. The funniest part of the whole service is that they call CellSpin blogs “clogs.” I guess CellSpin is hoping to create a whole new term for mobile blogs.

If you are interested in being an early adopter just go to the main site at www.cellspin.net and follow the signup instructions. I will let you know how it goes after I have tried it myself.

On a side note CellSpin also has the funniest “Page Not Found” error I have ever seen:
