Finally a taste of Plasmic Theme Builder 4.3. Eindelijk een smaak van Plasmic Theme Builder 4.3. The developer, John, really seems to know what he is doing but the theme system really needs some work. The major problem I had with iBerry Blocks Custom L was the fact that it does not respect the global font setting on your BlackBerry. That means if you change the default font it does not change on the email message list and other applications such as the settings. The buttons on the bottom in order are the calendar, tasks, contacts, browser, BlackBerry messenger, and the lock button. As you can see above and below when you scroll over the bottom Zen menu each button bounces up and down when you scroll on it kind of like on a Mac. The problem with the today screen as you can see above is that for some reason there are two unread counts. Het probleem met de huidige scherm zoals je hierboven kunt zien is dat voor een of andere reden zijn er twee ongelezen telt. I am not sure what each one is for but when you have more than one unread email it gets blocked as you can see below. Ik weet niet wat elk een is voor, maar wanneer u meer dan een ongelezen e-mail het wordt geblokkeerd zoals je hieronder kunt zien.

Below you can see what the application screen looks like. Hieronder kunt u zien wat de toepassing scherm eruit ziet. The developer was smart to use the 6 icon per line option instead of the 5 icon per line since it gives more room on the screen. De ontwikkelaar is slim om de 6 pictogram per regel optie in plaats van de 5 icon per regel gebruiken omdat het meer ruimte op het scherm geeft. The problem I found is that the theme icons were not that easy to guess and I had to think about them. Het probleem vond ik, is dat het thema pictogrammen niet dat makkelijk te raden en ik moest denken over hen. Maybe its because I have never used an iPhone? Misschien omdat ik haar nooit heb gebruikt een iPhone?

Its also nice to see that both the regular messages icon and the separate BIS email icons both show you that you have a new message with a red asterisks. The calendar items for some reason turned green. De agenda-items of andere reden bleek groen. Not sure why. Niet zeker waarom.

Settings. Instellingen. As you can see the font did not change even though I changed it in the Screen/Keyboard settings. Zoals je kunt zien het lettertype niet veranderd, ook al veranderde ik het in het scherm / toetsenbord-instellingen.

Conclusion: Conclusie

From what I am hearing from Gadgetbean this theme may not be around much longer. Van wat ik gehoord van Gadgetbean dit thema kan niet veel langer. If you want to be the envy of your BlackBerry toting friends then get a copy. Als u wilt worden de afgunst van uw BlackBerry toting vrienden dan een kopie te krijgen. Otherwise hold in there for a few months (hopefully weeks) until the public version of Plasmic Theme Builder 4.3 is released. Anders houd daar voor een paar maanden (hopelijk weken) tot de publieke versie van Plasmic Theme Builder 4.3 is vrijgegeven. Then we will be seeing many more themes like this. Dan zullen we zien veel meer thema's als deze.
