		<description>I personally actually have both. I know BBSmart works on the 8130 but I am not 100% sure about Empower. The new EMV pro brings quite a few new features to the table but BBSmart still has the edge in certain things like notes. I would recommend Demoing both of them to see which fits the bill better. They both have trial versions... :)</description>
