I ran into an interesting service by LoJack from their booth at CES. انا واجهت مثيرة للاهتمام من قبل داءره lojack من كشك في مؤتمر الاحصائيين الاوروبيين. It turns out that وتبين ان LoJack has branched out to helping find you lost laptop Lojack وقد تشعب الى المساعدة فى ايجاد لقد خسرت الكمبيوتر المحمول . Personally I know I am always carrying my laptop arround and have had mine stolen quite a few times. وانا اعرف شخصيا وانا دائما بلدي حمل أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول وكان لها arround الالغام المسروقه عدد غير قليل من الأوقات. I am curious to see if this LoJack for Laptops actually delivers on its promise. أنا الغريب ان نرى اذا كان هذا فعلا lojack حواسيب محمولة ليسلم على وعدها.
They do a good job of implementing the FUD ( انها يقوم بعمل جيد للتنفيذ fud) Fear Uncertainty & Doubt الخوف من عدم اليقين شك & ) marketing pitch with pretty powerful stats to back up the need for such a service. (التسويق رمية جميلة قوية مع احصائيات لدعم الحاجة الى مثل هذه الخدمة. According to Gartner your laptop has a 1 out of 10 chance of being stolen this year. وفقا لغارتنر الكمبيوتر المحمول لديها 1 من اصل 10 فرصة للسرقة من هذا العام. According to research they quote a laptop is stolen every 53 seconds. ووفقا للابحاث التي اقتبس من أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول وتسرق كل 53 ثانية. Also the FBI has published a stat that only 97% of reported laptop thefts are ever recovered. مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالى ايضا نشرت STAT الا ان 97 في المئة من أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول والسرقات هي أبلغ من أي وقت مضى للشفاء.
LoJack is promoting a return rate of 3 out of every 4 laptops which is pretty impressive. Lojack هو تعزيز العودة معدل 3 من كل 4 الحواسيب الحجريه التي هي جميلة راءعه.

The service is reasonably priced at $49.99 and from the demo at the booth it looks pretty cool هذه الخدمة باسعار معقولة وبمبلغ 49،99 من العرض في جناح كما يبدو أكثر بهاء كوول . I have yet to see if anybody actually gets their laptop back with such a service. انا بعد لمعرفة ما اذا كان اي شخص يحصل بالفعل على أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمول وتعود هذه الخدمة.
