For anyone who has ever used Microsoft Excel in there their profession then this could be a very handy program. بالنسبة لأي شخص من أي وقت مضى تستخدم مايكروسوفت إكسل هناك في مهنتهم بعد ذلك يمكن ان يكون هذا البرنامج مفيد للغاية. GridMagic allows you to perform just about all of the options you have on the desktop version but with the convenience of the ‘Anywhere’ access on your Blackberry. Gridmagic يسمح لك لاداء فقط عن كل من الخيارات لديك على سطح المكتب ولكن مع نسخة من الراحة 'فى اى مكان وصول الخاصة بك ك.

GridMagic allows you to design your own spreadsheet, to suit the business your in, on your BlackBerry.     • Supports 65,536 rows and 256 columns (same as Excel 2003). وتؤيد 65536 الصفوف والاعمده 256 (نفس اكسل 2003).
    • Multiple sheets per workbook. صحائف متعددة لكل المصنف.
    • Display formatted cell/text (including alignment, borders and background colors). عرض على شكل خلية / النص (بما في الانحياز ، والحدود والألوان الاساسية).
    • Row and column resizing. الصف والعمود الحجم.

    • Desktop Synchronization (compatible with Microsoft Excel). تزامن سطح المكتب (متوافقه مع مايكروسوفت أكسل).
    • BlackBerry attachment integration. ك ملحق التكامل.

    You can do virtually everything that you can do on the desktop Microsoft version including setting cell formulas, fonts, colors and borders to name but a few. يمكنك القيام به عمليا كل ما يمكنك القيام به مايكروسوفت على سطح المكتب نسخة الخلية بما فى ذلك تحديد الصيغ ، والخطوط والألوان والحدود على سبيل المثال لا الحصر. One thing I did find is that it can be a bit annoying because of the screen size (Curve). شيء واحد هو انني لم نجد انه يمكن ان يكون مزعج بعض الشيء نظرا للحجم الشاشه (منحنى). If you need to compare 2 figures that are quite a few rows a part, you need to do a fair bit of scrolling in between then although you can freeze selected cells to hold on the screen. اذا كنت بحاجة لمقارنة الارقام التي هي 2 عدد غير قليل من الصفوف جزءا منها ، ما عليك القيام به عادلة قليلا من بين التمرير في ذلك الحين على الرغم من امكانيه تجميد الخلايا المحددة لاجراء تظهر على الشاشه.

    Another advantage is that you can download Excel files from your desktop PC or Mac to the memory card in you BlackBerry and have access to all the information you need wherever you are. وهناك ميزة اخرى وهي انه يمكنك تحميل ملفات اكسل من سطح المكتب او جهاز كمبيوتر ماك لبطاقه الذاكرة العليق ولكم في الوصول الى جميع المعلومات التي تحتاج اينما كنت. The trick is that you cannot open regular .xls files from your memory card. الحيله هي ان لم تتمكن من فتح العاديه. Xls الملفات من بطاقه الذاكرة الخاصة بك. You have to first put them on your desktop and then sync them with your device. عليك ان الاولى ووضعها على سطح المكتب وبعد ذلك متزامنا مع جهازك. The other option is to get them as an email and Gridmagic will automatically convert them. الخيار الآخر هو الحصول عليها عبر البريد الالكتروني وgridmagic تحويلها تلقائيا. This may be a pain for some but Simprit has promised to fix this in later releases. ويمكن ان يكون ذلك الألم ولكن بالنسبة لبعض simprit وعدت به لتصحيح هذا الافراج في وقت لاحق. I knocked down a few points because of this. انا ترسيتها بعض النقاط بسبب هذا.

    Another nice feature just added by Simprit are the free workbook templates for some regular excel functions. نيس سمة اخرى من جانب واضاف عادل simprit هي حرة المصنف نماذج لبعض الوظائف العاديه اكسل. These templates include: وتشمل هذه النماذج :

    Excel spreadsheets can be customized for just about any application imaginable. جداول البيانات اكسل يمكن ان تكون مخصصة للتو عن اي طلب يمكن تخيلها. From calculating the re-entry approach angle of the space shuttle to scheduling next weeks home-work for students, it all depends on the programming. من حساب اعادة ادخال النهج من زاويه مكوك الفضاء خلال الاسابيع القادمة لتحديد مواعيد العمل في المنزل للطلاب ، كل ذلك يعتمد على البرمجه.

    Conclusion: خاتمة :

    For those of you that have used (and programmed) in MS Excel before will know if they need this one or not. لأنك من تلك التي استخدمت (والمبرمجه) في اكسل قبل المشرق للأوراق المالية وسوف تعرف إذا كانت بحاجة إلى هذا واحد أم لا. And if you have never had anything to do with Excel I would recommend you familiarize yourself on the desktop version first as scrolling around on the limited BlackBerry screen can be a bit of a pain in the… واذا كان لديك أي شيء على الاطلاق ان تفعل مع اكسل كنت اود ان اوصى التعرف على سطح المكتب على النحو النسخه الاولى حول التمرير على الشاشه العليق محدودة يمكن ان تكون شيئا من الألم في…

    The best part about this program is that you can carry even more information in your pocket and have it on hand if the need arises. الجزء الأفضل من المعلومات عن هذا البرنامج هو انك يمكن ان تحمل حتى على المزيد من المعلومات في جيبك ويكون على جهه اذا ما دعت الحاجة. The sheer flexibility of the program is a huge plus just in itself…And the price is right… مجرد المرونة من هذا البرنامج هو مجرد تكملة ضخم في حد ذاته… والثمن هو الحق…
