One of the new features in the latest iterations of BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) was the ability to request and respond to delivery and read receipts. واحدة من السمات الجديدة في آخر مكررا من التكرار (ك خدمات الانترنت) هو القدرة على الاستجابة للطلب وتقديم وقراءة الايصالات. This feature came along with BIS version 2.3. وجاءت هذه الميزه الى جانب النسخه 2،3 مكررا. It is now also nicely integrated into the BlackBerry OS by putting another check next to an email when it is delivered or read by the recipient. ومن الان بشكل رائع ايضا ادماج العليق من خلال وضع نظام تشغيل آخر الى جانب التحقق من البريد الالكتروني عندما يتم تسليمها او ان يقرأ من قبل المتلقي.

This has frustrated quite a few users who suddenly noticed that all their mail was being sent with delivery and read receipts. هذا الى احباط عدد غير قليل من المستخدمين فجاه لاحظنا ان كل من البريد الالكتروني الخاص بهم ويجري التسليم وارسل مع قراءة الايصالات. It seems that some users had this option automatically added when their carrier BIS was upgraded. ويبدو ان بعض المستخدمين قد واضاف ان هذا الخيار تلقائيا عندما تم رفع مستوى الناقل مكررا. Sadly this configuration option is not stored on the BIS and you need to reset it every time you add an email address. ومن المحزن ان هذا التكوين لا خيار المخزنه على مكررا وانت بحاجة الى اعادة ضبطها في كل مرة تقوم فيها اضافة عنوان بريد الكتروني. The setting is separate for each email address so you could have one address that does request and another that does not. وضع منفصل عن كل عنوان البريد الالكتروني حتى يمكنك ان تحصل على عنوان واحد ان لا وطلب آخر ان لا يفعل ذلك.

RIM has kindly provided a simple descriptive procedure وقدمت ريم تفضلت اجراءات بسيطة وصفي on how to enable and disable these read & delivery receipts. حول كيفية تمكين وتعطيل هذه قراءة & ايصالات التسليم.

To modify the Confirm Delivery option, complete the following steps: لتعديل خيار تأكيد التسليم ، وانجاز الخطوات التالية :

1. From the Home screen on the BlackBerry smartphone, click Messages . من الصفحه الرئيسية على الشاشه smartphone ك ، انقر فوق رسائل.
2. Open the menu and click Options . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق خيارات.
3. Select Email Settings . اختر اعدادات البريد الالكتروني.
4. Verify that the correct service book is selected. التحقق من ان الكتاب هو تصحيح الخدمة المختاره.
5. Select the Confirm Delivery field and open the menu. اختر مجال تأكيد التسليم والقائمة مفتوحة.
6. Click Change Option . انقر فوق تغيير الخيار.
7. Change the setting to Yes . تغيير لتحديد نعم.
8. Open the menu and click Save . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق حفظ.

To modify the Confirm Read option, complete the following steps: تعديل تأكيد قراءة الخيار ، وانجاز الخطوات التالية :

1. From the Home screen on the BlackBerry smartphone, click Messages . من الصفحه الرئيسية على الشاشه smartphone ك ، انقر فوق رسائل.
2. Open the menu and click Options . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق خيارات.
3. Select Email Settings . اختر اعدادات البريد الالكتروني.
4. Verify that the correct service book is selected. التحقق من ان الكتاب هو تصحيح الخدمة المختاره.
5. Select the Confirm Read field and open the menu. اختر تأكيد قراءة الميدانيه والقائمة مفتوحة.
6. Click Change Option . انقر فوق تغيير الخيار.
7. Change the setting to Yes . تغيير لتحديد نعم.
8. Open the menu and click Save . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق حفظ.

To modify Send Read Receipts, complete the following steps: إرسال لتعديل يقرأ الايصالات ، وانجاز الخطوات التالية :

1. From the Home screen on the BlackBerry smartphone, click Messages . من الصفحه الرئيسية على الشاشه smartphone ك ، انقر فوق رسائل.
2. Open the menu and click Options . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق خيارات.
3. Select Email Settings . اختر اعدادات البريد الالكتروني.
4. Verify that the correct service book is selected. التحقق من ان الكتاب هو تصحيح الخدمة المختاره.
5. Select the Send Read Receipts field and open the menu. اختر قراءة ارسال ايصالات الميدان والقائمة مفتوحة.
6. Click Change Option . انقر فوق تغيير الخيار.
7. Change the setting to Yes or Prompt . تغيير لتحديد نعم او الفوري.
8. Open the menu and click Save . فتح القائمة وانقر فوق حفظ.

Note: If you have Send Read Receipts set to Prompt and you receive an email message that requests a receipt, you will be presented with a prompt screen that allows you to select Yes or No to send the receipt. ملاحظه : اذا كنت تقرأ ارسال ايصالات فورية لمجموعة وانت تتلقى رسالة الكترونيه تطلب الرسالة التى تلقى البرنامج ، سيتم عرض سريع مع الشاشه التي تسمح لك لاختيار نعم او لا لارسال الاستلام.
