تركني [جوسب] فقط عرفت حول تطبيق جديدة حرّة جانبا [نيوسستك] أنّ إستعمالات [غبس] أن يساعد أنت وجدت سيارتك. التحذير وحيدة أنّ يتطلّب هو [غبس] على [بلكبرّي] ك. هو عمل عظيمة على [بلكبرّي] ي 8310.

البرمجيّة فكرة عظيمة ويذكّرني من قهوة واجدة [غبس] تطبيق أنّ استعمل أن يكون عمت حوالي. يتلقّى أنا يتلقّى دائما إصدارات يجد سيارتي عندما أنا أذهب إلى [سبورتينغ] حادث, حفل موسيقيّ, و [أموسمنت برك] وأنا يجدون أنّ [كرفيندر] حل كاملة [إينستد وف] يتذكّر أنّ أنت ركنت في [ديسنلند] في [غوفي] مستوى 2 برتقال.

فحصت خارجا ال يشبع مراجعات بعد الطفرة…

الطريق هو يعمل أنّ يبدأ أنت فوق التطبيق عندما أنت تطلع من سيارتك ويطقطق المجموعة [غبس] موقعة زرّ على الشاشة رئيسيّة.

هو بعد ذلك سيستهدف الموقعة حاليّة أنت تكون داخل وسيخزّن هو. أنت بعد ذلك تذهب حول عملك وعندما يريد أنت أن يجد سيارتك ثانية أنت تفتح التطبيق.

أنت بعد ذلك تتلقّى ثلاثة خيارات أن يجد سيارتك. ال [فيرست وبأيشن] للتطبيق أن يبدي أنت بوصلة إلى مساعدة مباشرة أنت إلى ال [غبس] موقعة من سيارتك. يسمح الثاني خيار أنت أن يفتح الموقعة في [بلكبرّي] خرط. يسمح الخيار متأخّرة أنت أن يرسل الموقعة إلى صديقة. بما أنّ أنا أتلقّى ما من صديقات لم يتلقّى أنا فرصة أن يجرب المتأخّرة يظهر .

أنا يضطرّ اعتذرت ل لا يتلقّى [سكرينشوتس] من التطبيق في عمل غير أنّ لا يحصل أنا [غبس] استقبال في شقتي أن يحصل [سكرينشوتس] حقيقيّة وأنا [ب] لم حوالي أن يقف خارجا في البرق مع الحاسوب المحمولي. أنا حقّا أتمنّى أتى واحد ما خارجا مع تطبيق أنّ يجلس على [بلكبرّي] ك ويسمح أنت أن يأخذ [سكرينشوتس] دون [بك].

أنا فقط تلقّيت [ا فو] تحذيرات مع التطبيق. أولى من كلّ [أت&ت] مستعملات يضطرّ أنجزت قليلا عمل حوالي أن يحصل [بلكبرّي] خرط على أدواتهم بما أنّ [أت&ت] يسدّ التطبيق أيقون بتقصير. هذا ليس [نيوسستك] خطأ غير أنّ يمكن سبّبت إصدارات ل بعض. ثانية من كلّ يتمنّى أنا هناك كان طريق أن [أبن وب] الخريطة في [غوغل] خرط غير أنّ أنّ أمكن كنت تحديد من ال [بلكبرّي]. Third, it took quite awhile for the application to catch the GPS coordinates from the BlackBerry. Sometimes I had to wait for 3–4 minutes until I got the fix even though BBmaps would catch in less that 1 minute. Last of all I have always been a little annoyed when developers put large static banners on the top of each page. As you can see in the screenshot of the homepage the banner takes up half the screen.

Other than that I have only good things to say about Neosistec’s CarFinder. Neosistec consistently comes up with great software but I usually have to rely on our friend Josep to translate them to English. Sadly there is no product page but there is really no need for one.

Pros:

  • It just works
  • Integration with BlackBerry maps
  • Send location to friend is a cool feature

Cons:

  • Slow GPS location pickup
  • Bad English translation in the application (Just read the EULA)
  • Large banner on top of application

Conclusion: I really wish RIM would release an API that allows other applications to triangulate your location using cellphone towers without GPS. Since Google did this in Google Maps I have fallen in love. It allows me to have a pretty accurate location in less than a second so that I don’t have to wait for the GPS to fix on the location. This would be a great way to bring location based services to BlackBerrys without GPS. Hopefully Neosistec can find a way to integrate this in the future. Otherwise I highly recommend this application for anybody with a GPS BlackBerry and a car. Maybe in the next revision they can find a way to help my wife find her keys…
