Unyverse - Vrij Mobiel Platform Wiki voor Blackberry
Ik werd enkel een e-mail over een interessant nieuw programma voor de apparaten van het Blackberry. Het programma is Unyverse en is in openbare bčta (Dit gehele bčtading wordt oud snel). Ik heb het op mijn telefoon geďnstalleerd en het schijnt om sommige interessante eigenschappen te hebben maar ik ben nog verstomd in verband met waarom ik het eigenlijk zou gebruiken. De interface herinnert me eigenlijk aan de iPodinterface zonder het scrollen/verdwijnt effect langzaam.
Als uw geinteresseerd in het proberen van het uit en rapportering achter ik zeer gewaardeerd. Ik ben enkel duidelijke verward met alle submenus. Het schijnt een product te zijn dat vele dingen doet maar geen van hen is eenvoudig 
. Bijvoorbeeld heeft het gebouwd in lezer RSS maar u moet door 5 verschillende menu's gaan alvorens u aan de artikelen… krijgt

Hier is een korte beschrijving van wat u met Unyverse kunt doen van hun website:
- Verzend snel info van uw Desktop naar uw telefoon
U zit bij uw bureau en moet binnen twee minuten weggaan om iemand te ontmoeten. U bent in een stormloop en moet het mobiele de telefoonaantal en de richtingen van het contact aan de vergaderingsplaats samen met u nemen. In een paar kliks van uw Desktop, kunt u info kopiëren en kleven in het nieuwe contact gebruiken Wiki van de Contacten van Unyverse, en het wordt onmiddellijk beschikbaar op uw telefoon de volgende tijd u met Unyverse verbindt. - Zorg ervoor u alle gegevens niet verliest die in uw telefoon worden opgeslagen wanneer u telefoons verandert
U bent veel belangrijke contacten in het adresboek van uw telefoon ingegaan, en u bent gebruikt aan het nemen onderaan nota's en het opslaan van persoonsgegevens geworden. Nu benieuwd hebt u een nieuwe telefoon en bent hoe te om al dat materiaal over over te brengen… Met Unyverse, moet zich u nooit over veranderende telefoons ongerust maken, aangezien al uw gegeven zal opgeslagen=wordt= in uw Webrekening en wordt gedownload aan uw nieuwe telefoon. Voeg wiki van Contacten toe yo uw telefoon - Lees info op uw telefoon wanneer u een korte onderbreking hebt
Terwijl u op iemand wacht, dat op de bus of de trein zit, of enkel een onderbreking van een half uur hebt, download het recentste nieuwsvoer met wiki van het Nieuws van Unyverse RSS, om op uw telefoon te lezen. - Een kennisbank van uw telefoon zoek wanneer u lunch met een vriend hebt
In het midden van uw gesprek, komt een vraag op: „Hey! What was the name of that actor in the film Titanic “. Well, bring out your phone and go to Wikipedia in the Unyverse app, search the word: ‘Titanic’, and there - in a few seconds - is the answer to your question. - Send handy travel information to your mobile

I was not impressed with the Wikipedia search. It was unable to find 2 of the 3 words for which I searched.
Hopefully it will improve over time.

Thats what surprised me. All this build up and not much of a use. It seems like they spent quite a bit of time putting it all together but I just cant figure out why I would keep it installed?
As I said…It does quite a few things but none of them warrant keeping it around to kill your battery

This is a great app. I use the Notebooks app and it is very usefull because I can sync all my notes between my phone and my Unyverse web account.
I like the shopping list app also.

I use it for the Notebooks wiki. I often need to type down short pieces of info, things to remember, etc.. So I enter a note on my mobile, and I know it won’t be lost because it is synced back to my web account. The Contacts wiki is useful too, though I’m waiting for the function to import existing contacts from my phone address book.

Hahaha! Caught red-handed!
I’m game for any new program for taking notes. I don’t like the native Notepad and IdeaMatrix is ugly clumsy overkill. I still haven’t found what I’m looking for. Unyverse looks pretty close, but it won’t work on a BIS connection. It requires direct TCP. They told me they were working on it, but then they didn’t get back to me anymore.
