		<description>I have used Seabyrds Video Converter and it works well.  You just need to ignore the error messages on the VBR video encodings.

Also, I really like to use Videora iPod Video Converter.  It has MUCH better video and audio quality.  But the files are bigger also.  Just make sure and encode the video as MPEG4 and not H.264.  Then it will play fine on your Blackberry.
