This news seems to have stormed my inbox today. I have recieved over 10 different emails about this new customer satisfaction survey results released by J.D. Power and Associates. It turns out that the BlackBerry ranks highest in overall customer satisfaction among smartphone users. The survey was based on the following facts: ease of operation (22%); operating system (21%); physical design (20%); audio (14%); battery aspects (13%); and utility features (10%).
