I just found a wonderful resource to identify which GSM wireless carriers are in a specific country and which wireless frequencies and technologies they run. This is extremely useful for finding out what carriers there are to roam on on which carrier you should buy a prepaid SIM card for when you are traveling. The best part is that it also has a listing of the current roaming parters each carrier has including which services they offer and a detailed coverage map. This is useful for finding out who has partnered with your carrier for international roaming.
