Since I am on a BES I usually do not notice the BIS outages but users have been emailing me for the last hour non stop. Logging into your BIS and resending service books probably will not work at this time, as many people are reporting if you attempt to log into the BIS, you get stuck in an endless “Processing, please wait” loop. RIM needs to stop treating BIS users as second class citizens, and get this aspect of their product offering taken care of. RIM debe dejar de tratar a los usuarios del BPI como ciudadanos de segunda clase, y obtener este aspecto de su oferta de productos de cuidado. Two outages in a month is unacceptable. Dos cortes en un mes es inaceptable. RIM needs to expand their infrastructure to support sales, plain and simple. RIM tiene que ampliar su infraestructura para apoyar las ventas, llano y simple.

I completely agree JT. Estoy totalmente de acuerdo JT. They really need to be a little more transparent on what is going on. Que realmente necesitan para ser un poco más transparente sobre lo que está ocurriendo.
