deja_vu.gif Since I am on a BES I usually do not notice the BIS outages but users have been emailing me for the last hour non stop. I really wish RIM would provide us a little more transparency on what the issue is and when they hope to fix it. Logging into your BIS and resending service books probably will not work at this time, as many people are reporting if you attempt to log into the BIS, you get stuck in an endless “Processing, please wait” loop.     RIM needs to stop treating BIS users as second class citizens, and get this aspect of their product offering taken care of. RIM muss aufhören, BIZ-Nutzer als Bürger zweiter Klasse, und nutzen Sie diesen Aspekt ihres Produktangebots gesorgt. Two outages in a month is unacceptable. Zwei Ausfälle in einem Monat ist nicht hinnehmbar. RIM needs to expand their infrastructure to support sales, plain and simple. RIM muss, um ihre Infrastruktur zu erweitern Vertrieb, schlicht und einfach zu unterstützen.

    I completely agree JT. Ich stimme völlig JT. They really need to be a little more transparent on what is going on. Sie wirklich brauchen, um ein wenig transparent, was los ist werden.
