Deja Vu - RIM BIS Outage Strikes Again Deja Vu - RIM bis Ausfall Streiks wieder
Since I am on a BES I usually do not notice the BIS outages but users have been emailing me for the last hour non stop. Da ich auf einer BES ich normalerweise nicht der Hinweis BIZ Ausfälle aber die Nutzer per E-Mail wurden mir für die letzten Stunden non-stop. It seems like deja vu but RIM has experienced another BIS outage. Es scheint wie Deja Vu, aber RIM erlebt hat, eine andere BIZ Ausfall. I really wish RIM would provide us a little more transparency on what the issue is and when they hope to fix it. Some may notice that emails are coming in very late or not at all. Einige mögen bemerkt haben, dass E-Mails kommen in sehr spät oder überhaupt nicht.
It’s confirmed this is an issue that currently all of the carriers are reporting. Es ist bestätigt, dass dies ein Problem ist, dass derzeit alle Luftfahrtunternehmen sind die Berichterstattung.

Logging into your BIS and resending service books probably will not work at this time, as many people are reporting if you attempt to log into the BIS, you get stuck in an endless “Processing, please wait” loop. RIM needs to stop treating BIS users as second class citizens, and get this aspect of their product offering taken care of. RIM muss aufhören, BIZ-Nutzer als Bürger zweiter Klasse, und man diesen Aspekt ihrer Produktangebot kümmert. Two outages in a month is unacceptable. Zwei Ausfälle in einem Monat kann nicht hingenommen werden. RIM needs to expand their infrastructure to support sales, plain and simple. RIM Bedarf zu erweitern ihre Infrastruktur zur Unterstützung von Vertrieb, schlicht und einfach.

I completely agree JT. Ich bin völlig damit einverstanden JT. They really need to be a little more transparent on what is going on. Sie wirklich brauchen allerdings ein wenig mehr Transparenz, was vor sich geht.
