		<description>This works great.... unless your keyboard is broken, and you can&#039;t type all the letters in the word &quot;blackberry&quot;!!  A suggested alternative was given to me:  enable password protection, then entering the password incorrectly will eventually wipe the phone.  No go, I&#039;m right back to the phone asking me to type the word &quot;blackberry&quot;, which I can&#039;t do.</description>
