White House Considering Restrictions On The Use Of BlackBerries
Hidden at the bottom of a Financial Times article by Demetri Sevastopulo is an interesting tidbit. From the last paragraph:
The National Security Council said the White House had created a team of experts to consider whether the administration needed to restrict the use of BlackBerries because of concerns about cyber espionage.
Talk about some interesting developments especially after the French government ban on BlackBerrys not so long ago. All along I have been thinking that BlackBerry still has NSA’s seal of approval. So I wonder what has changed to raise all these new security concerns?
