iBerry Black & Whitelist for BlackBerry Version 2 Coming Soon
August 29th, 2007 by Ronen Halevy
The iBerry whitelist & blacklist program that we reviewed last week will be getting a makeover and an update next week. The new version 2.0 will be released September 3rd and the new program will be called i,Call Manager due to the added features. My favorite new feature is the ability to schedule different blocklist profiles for different days and times of day. This way I can block certain calls when I get home and over the weekend.
The new feature list includes:
- address groups for selective blocking
- different profiles so you can change easily between blocked numbers
- scheduled Blocklist profiles (not blackberry profiles)
- customizable reject action (keep ringing, hang up + disconnecting, reject immediately)
- reply busy SMS
- customizable SMS template
- auto disconnect outgoing call + timer
- check for update
- embedded help file
- option to show/hide Black & White list menu on blackberry native application
- multi language support for Unknown number/Private number

This is one of my favorite apps, can’t wait for the update.
Registered users will get a free update, right?
Thanks iBerry!

Yes it is a free update for registered users from what the developer told me. The new features will be great!
