InformationWeek – BlackBerry So Easy A Caveman Could Do It
Eric Zeman at InformationWeek has posted an article explaining why the BlackBerry is so easy to adopt for Business users. I found that this article was nothing new but rather a good point to raise when you consider the new survey that InformationWeek released showing BlackBerry as the reigning enterprise king. My favorite quote from the article is:
The first time I was assigned a BlackBerry was a couple of years ago. After the IT administrator walked me through the enterprise activation, everything else was a snap. RIM makes them so intuitive to use that anyone can figure them out in about 5 minutes. Including cavemen.
Eric also puts the InformationWeek survey in perspective, especially the section mentioning how lower level 9-5 users are usually not assigned BlackBerry devices. Read the full post here at InformationWeek.
