Leaked Info For Pearl 2, Curve 8310, & 8820 – BoyGenius

pearl2info.jpgBoyGenius has done it again. I know it has become expected of him to leak info on new BlackBerry devices but it is still quite impressive when they get good stuff like this. There is even talk of streaming media over WiFi or EVDO. You owe it to yourself to check out the info here at this link. There is some great info in here. The pearl will be getting a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side access MicroSD slot, spellchecker, WiFi (GSM Only), and GPS (CDMA Only). The new curve is adding GPS to the mix and adding a new titanium color. Last of all the 8820 as you all know from before will now have GPS and WiFi and get an upgrade to OS 4.2.2 with spellchecking like the 8830. There is also mention of OS 4.3 releasing in October and 4.3.1 showing up in the end of 2007. There is also special mention of UMA which you may have heard of in T-Mobile@Home support but no mention of which devices. Source BoyGenius

    To be fair, the source was actually a forum-poster on PinStack who was kinda peeved about not being credited for the leak.
