Seidio Announces Rubberized Case / Holster Combo for 8300 & 8800
Seidio has announced an innovative new Case / Holster combo for the BlackBerry 8300. They call it the 8300 RUBBERIZED COMBO (CASE/HOLSTER) for the BlackBerry curve. The funny part is that there is no combo for the BlackBerry 8800. You have to purchase the case and the holster separately for 10$ more than the 8300 combo. They are taking pre-orders with a shipping starting the week of July 30th. The case / holster is actually a cool idea. They give you a rubberized case that is extremely thin that fits your curve and add a holster that is designed to accept the BlackBerry 8300 or 8800 with the case. Seidio was also smart enough to include a ratchet clip with their holster that includes a magnet to activate the BlackBerry sleep function. Its surprising that no other manufacturer has thought of this until now. I have to mention that at $49.95 the 8300 combo does come in on the expensive side. Especially with the 8800 case holster combo costing $59.90. But if you consider the fact that the case by itself costs 29.95 its may seem like more of a deal. If you are like me and hate trying to shove your skinned BlackBerry into your case you might want to give this combo a spin. We should be running a review of this case combo later on so stay tuned.
