Our review of BEIKS English Dictionary for BlackBerry devices has impressed us that we have awarded it our Editors Choice must have seal of approval. ان استعراضنا لbeiks الانجليزيه قاموس لاجهزة العليق وقد اعجب لنا ان نكون قد منحت لنا انه يجب ان يكون اختيار المحررين خاتم الموافقة. The dictionary includes about every word that we through at it with concise and effective definitions. ويتضمن القاموس عن كل كلمة ونحن في طريق مع تعريفات موجزة وفعالة. The search as you type feature is very useful and I found myself using the dictionary every day while writing presentations and executive reports. البحث اثناء الكتابة الميزه مفيدة جدا ووجدت نفسي باستخدام القاموس كل يوم أثناء كتابة التقارير والعروض والتنفيذية. As a side note they also have many different language and professional dictionaries but that is beyond the scope of this review. الجانب بوصفها علما كما أن لها العديد من اللغات المختلفة والمعاجم المهنيه ولكن هذا يخرج عن نطاق هذا الاستعراض. Installation: The install of the dictionary requires two parts. التثبيت : تثبيت قاموس يتطلب من جزاين. First you must download the dictionary viewer from BEIKS which is a small install and then you download the English dictionary. أولا يجب عليك تحميل القاموس من المشاهد التي beiks صغيرة ثم تثبيت وتنزيل قاموس الانجليزيه. The download for the dictionary is quite large at 2.2 megabytes so they do offer two flavors of the dictionary. التحميل لقاموس كبير جدا 2،2 ميغابايت في ذلك انها توفر اثنين من النكهات من القاموس. Once you install you will have a 7 day trial of the software. وبمجرد تركيب لكم سيكون لها 7 ايام المحاكمه للبرمجيات. My issue with registering this software is that you cannot copy and paste the registration key into the activation screen. بلدي المساله مع تسجيل هذا البرنامج هو انه لا يمكنك نسخ ولصق مفتاح التسجيل الى تفعيل الشاشه. I am not sure why this is the case but hopefully this will be changed in a later revision. ولست متأكدا لماذا هذا هو الحال ولكن نأمل ان يكون هذا تغير في وقت لاحق من التنقيح.

Interface: When you first open the application you are prompted with the list of dictionaries that you have installed on the device. الواجهة : عندما تفتح لاول مرة تطبيق مطالبتك مع قائمة القواميس التي قمت بتثبيتها على الجهاز. For example on the review device we have the English Gold Dictionary and the English Thesaurus. على سبيل المثال عن استعراض لدينا جهاز الانجليزيه قاموس الذهب ومعجم الانجليزيه. You only have the option to open one at a time. انك لا تملك إلا خيار واحد لفتح في وقت واحد.

Once you open the dictionary you will see a screen such as this one above. وبمجرد فتح القاموس سترى شاشة مثل هذه أعلاه. The beauty of this dictionary is that it actually searches for the word as you type. جمال هذا القاموس هو انه بالفعل يبحث عن كلمة الكتابة. That means that you do not have to type the whole word. وهذا يعني انه لم يكن لديك لنوع الجامعة كلمة واحدة. You then scroll down through the word suggestions below. ثم انزل اليكم من خلال كلمة الاقتراحات الواردة ادناه. Personally I found it a bit difficult to see which word I was selecting since the only indication is that the word is indented out. أنا شخصيا وجدت قليلا من الصعب ان نرى الكلمه التي كنت منذ اختيار فقط اشارة الى ان كلمة بادئه. Hopefully in the next revision they can add the option to change the background color of the word being highlighted. ونأمل في التنقيح المقبل يمكن ان يضاف خيار لتغيير لون الخلفية للكلمة التي تم إبرازها.

Once you found the word you wish to look up you either hit enter or click the menu button and select translate. وعندما وجدت كلمة كنت ترغب في البحث عليك اما ان تصل الى دخول القائمة او انقر على زر اختيار وترجمة.

You will then be shown the translation of the word. وعندها يمكنك اظهرت ترجمة للكلمة. You can see some samples of how this works above. يمكنك ان ترى بعض عينات من كيفية حدوث ذلك اعلاه. You do have the option to copy the translation to the clipboard for easy emailing. انك تملك الخيار لنسخ الترجمة الى الحافظه سهلة لارساله عبر البريد الالكتروني. Sadly there is no send definition by email option. للأسف لا يوجد أي تعريف ارسل عن طريق البريد الالكتروني الخيار.

Personally I only had two complaints about the software. إلا أنني شخصيا قد اثنين من الشكاوى عن هذا البرنامج. In truth they are not really complaints but rather suggestions on what would make the software even better. في الحقيقة انها ليست حقا بل الشكاوى اقتراحات بشأن ما من شأنه ان يجعل برامج افضل. The first you will notice is that with 34,000 words in the Gold edition you are limited to the definitions on the device. الاولى ، ستلاحظ أن الكلمات مع 34000 في الذهب طبعة انت تقتصر على تعاريف على الجهاز. Don’t get me wrong there are some really useful definitions on the device (See above). لا يحصل لي خطأ هناك بعض التعاريف مفيدة حقا على جهاز (انظر اعلاه). But when you get to words like ولكن عندما تحصل على كلمات مثل paraskavedekatriaphobia paraskavedekatriaphobia (Seriously that is a real word =) is obviously not in the BEIKS dictionary. This is not BEIKS fault but rather I think the dictionary would be more powerful if it had the ability to expand the search beyond words in the dictionary. Maybe a way to say if the word is not found automatically search online on Google. ربما طريقة لقول كلمة واذا لم يتم العثور على بحث تلقائي على الانترنت صور. I personally think that this would also help with the definitions of the 34,000 current words. واعتقد شخصيا ان هذا من شأنه ان يساعد ايضا مع التعاريف الحالية من 34000 كلمة. If you could search for a word and you did not like the definition you should be able to search on the urban dictionary or something to get alternate results. اذا كنت يمكن البحث عن كلمة وأنت لا يريد ان التعريف يجب ان تكون قادرة على البحث عن المناطق الحضريه القاموس أو شيء بديلة للحصول على النتائج. The other thing I was sad to see was that there was no relationship between two dictionary’s. الشيء الآخر كنت المحزن ان نرى هو انه لا يوجد اي علاقة بين اثنين من القاموس 's. This means that if you have the thesaurus and dictionary installed you cannot just go back and forth between them. وهذا يعني انه اذا كان لديك قاموس المكنز وتركيب لا يمكنك ان تذهب جيءه وذهابا بينهما. As the saying goes a man can dream… وكما يقول المثل يستطيع الرجل الحلم…

Pros: الايجابيات :

• Full featured dictionary with 34,000 words and great definitions عرض الكاملة مع قاموس الكلمات 34000 كبيرة والتعاريف
• Fast lookup as you type البحث السريع الكتابة
• All words are stored locally so no waiting for a reply from a web server كل الكلمات التي تخزن محليا وبالتالي لا تنتظر ردا من خدمة ويب

Cons: الدستوري :

• No ability to extend search online اي القدرة على توسيع نطاق البحث على الانترنت
• No option to email results اي خيار لالنتائج البريد الالكتروني

Conclusion: BEIKS has a wonderful dictionary application that I found invaluable. وختاما : لقد beiks راءعه قاموس تطبيق انني وجدت لا تقدر بثمن. We awarded it the BerryReview Editors Choice “Must Have” award since we found the software extremely easy to use and was a wonderful resource to have on your BlackBerry. منح نحن عليه berryreview اختيار المحررين "يجب ان يكون" جائزة منذ وجدنا ان برامج للغاية وسهلة الاستعمال وكان رائعا ان يكون على الموارد الخاصة بك ك. Personally once I installed the dictionary I found myself using it 2 or 3 times every day. انا شخصيا بمجرد تثبيت القاموس وجدت نفسي استخدامه او 2 او 3 مرات كل يوم. There are still the few suggestions that we mentioned above but none of them are actually problems with the program. لا تزال هناك بعض الاقتراحات التي اشرنا اليها اعلاه ، ولكن أيا من هذه المشاكل هي في الواقع مع البرنامج.
