This would be a great app if only the timer had tenths and perhaps even hundredths of a second. Seconds are just not accurate enough.

I've created a stand-alone installer so you can install the Chronograph application with BlackBerry Desktop Manager, here's the step by step instructions:

Yeah, if only the tones were at a useful volume this would be fantastic. Need your Berry on your body and use vibrate if you actually want to be notified.

The ability to have a timer loop would be excellent also - so you could have 3x5min rounds, etc.

This timer is perfect. I will be using it to time my wife's contractions. She tells me I'm such a 21st century dad! :)
Jeff: visit this page on the BB and click the link at the top it will automatically download and install.

>>The other bug I noticed is that the talk and end buttons
>> are supposed to start and stop the countdown. The talk
>> button does start the countdown but the end button exits
>> the application.

I noticed that the 'talk' button can be used to start/stop the timer and it doesn't exit the application.

this program is just what I needed.
At work were allowed a half hour break and I always lose track of time and wind up coming back late.
I cant believe everything the blackberry does,...and theres no timer or stop watch on it.
Anyways i downloaded this (on a curve0 and it works just fine.
thanks!

I like the program. Is there any way to increase the volume on the alarm sounds? I'm planning to use it as a timeout timer for my children. I'll also use it for a turns timer for them. If I can't turn up the volume, it won't do me any good. Please advise. THANKS!
