Magmic has released a interesting RPG game for BlackBerry devices. Magmic a publié un jeu de RPG intéressante pour les appareils BlackBerry. This has to be the first RPG game that I have ever enjoyed on a BlackBerry. Ce doit être le premier RPG de jeu que je n'ai jamais joui sur un BlackBerry. Trust me the story of this game is a riot. The main issue I have with the game is that unlike other Magmic titles you cannot just exit the game and come back to the same point when you start. Installation: The game installs pretty quickly and runs decently fast on newer BlackBerry devices. First Impressions: The first thing I noticed about the game is that Magmic has listened to their user feedback. I have always complained when Magmic released a new game and the sound was on by default when you first ran the game. They have graciously provided users with an option menu before the game even start to select if they want to mute the sound. The Story: Cursed made me laugh quite a few times. L'histoire: Cursed m'a fait rire tout à fait à quelques reprises. You play as a sailor named Ishmael (parody?). Vous incarnez un marin nommé Ismaël (parodie?). Within the first few seconds of starting the game you are confronted with 50 zombies you have to kill. You continue on and save Isabella multiple times and every time she is whisked away before you get a chance to actually save her. The story line is quite fun and I found it enjoyable. L'histoire est assez fun et je le trouve agréable. Once again the main gripe you will find is that you cannot arbitrarily save you game whenever you wish. I have found that you can just leave the game open on the pause screen by hitting the end call button on your BlackBerry. Another issue I had with the game was that I found the amount of clicking required to get through all of the conversation was quite annoying but it is to be expected in an RPG. Pros: Points forts:

  • Good control system Bon système de contrôle
  • Fun story line that keeps it coming FUN LINE histoire qui la maintient à venir
  • Lots of zombies to kill Un bon nombre de zombies à tuer
  • Practically no learning curve. Pratiquement aucune courbe d'apprentissage. You pick it up and play. You pick it up and play.

Cons: Points faibles:

  • Lack of autosave ability Le manque de capacité de sauvegarde automatique
  • No controls other than movement in game Aucun autre contrôle que le mouvement dans le jeu

Conclusion: I gave this game a 8 because of originality and because it is a pioneer in the field. Conclusion: j'ai donné à ce jeu un 8 à cause de l'originalité et parce qu'il est un pionnier dans le domaine. I had to dock points because you cannot save the game whenever you wish. J'ai eu des points quai parce que vous ne pouvez pas enregistrer la partie quand vous le désirez. Magmic needs to find a way to fix this since most people use their BlackBerry for casual gaming and need to be able to get back to the task at hand at any moment. Magmic doit trouver un moyen de corriger cela car la plupart des gens utilisent leur BlackBerry pour le jeu occasionnel et doivent être en mesure de revenir à la tâche à accomplir à tout moment. In short this game is a love it or hate it kind of game. En bref ce jeu est un ce l'amour ou la haine qu'elle genre de jeux. If you are an RPG fan this game will bring your favorite genre alive on your BlackBerry. Si vous êtes un fan RPG ce jeu mettra votre genre vivante préférée sur votre BlackBerry. The story line is addictive and the gameplay is quite fun. L'histoire est une dépendance et le gameplay est très amusant. Either way with a free trial available why not give it a spin and find out for yourself. De toute façon avec un essai gratuit disponible pourquoi ne pas en vrille et découvrir par vous-même.
