		<description>In Canada most of the time you get one of those phone trees you can get around it by pressing and holding &quot;0&quot; for 5 seconds. I&#039;ve also encountered # and * workarounds. Often for cellphone carriers they require you to enter your phone number before allowing you to do this- but in the end it speeds the process up because the operator already has your profile pulled up!</description>
